Return any item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. No questions asked.

Free Returns

Defective or damaged items qualify for free return shipping. We'll send a prepaid label.

How to Return an Item

Contact Customer Service

Email us at hello@iaisacl.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 24 hours with a return authorization and shipping label (if applicable).

Package Securely

Pack the frame in its original packaging if possible. Include all protective materials to prevent damage during shipping.

Ship Back

Attach the provided shipping label and drop off at any carrier location. Keep your tracking number for reference.

Receive Refund or Exchange

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund or ship your exchange within 3-5 business days.

Return Eligibility

Accepted Returns

  • Items returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Frames in original condition with no damage
  • Original packaging and all accessories included
  • Defective or damaged items (free return shipping)

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom or personalized frames
  • Items returned after 30 days
  • Damaged due to customer misuse
  • Final sale or clearance items

Refund Information

Refund Method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. If you paid by credit card, the refund will be credited back to your card within 5-10 business days after processing.

Exchanges

For exchanges, we'll ship your new item as soon as we receive the return. If the exchange item costs more, you'll be charged the difference. If it costs less, we'll refund the difference.
